Owner, Lead Builder
Davin has been building custom homes with his father, Brent, and brother, Ben, for more than 20 years. He often leads the crew onsite, but also manages general operations of the company. Davin is highly experienced in all phase of construction and uses that knowledge to ensure the whole project comes together with every detail accounted for.
Ben Hart
Project Manager, Lead Builder
Ben has been building for over 2 decades. He is a graduate of Chico State University with a major in Construction Management. From custom homes to multi-million dollar apartment complexes, Ben has built and managed projects at every level.

Brent Hart

Operating as an independent designer, Brent has been designing and building houses throughout Northern California for over 50 years. He is credited with developing many of the designs and styles found throughout our region. We frequently partner with his design practice because his attention to aesthetics and quality perfectly aligns with the Hart Builders standard.
Matt Hart
Designer
Matt is the owner and principal designer of Freyr Design, an independent architectural firm we frequently collaborate with. He is extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of construction and is constantly striving to improve how buildings are put together.
